This form is the only way to enroll in Capital Excavation's SMS timecard notification program. It is for current Capital Excavation employees and authorized team members in field leadership roles: foremen, superintendents, division managers, area managers, and payroll administration. Your request is routed to Capital Excavation IT for enrollment.

SMS enrollment is optional. You may skip this form and continue using the timecard system, submitting and approving timecards, and receiving payroll exactly as before. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment and is not required to create, access, or use any Capital Excavation account or service. If you do enroll, you will receive recurring SMS timecard notifications from Capital Excavation. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
