Paste into: Campaign Description
Capital Excavation sends SMS timecard notifications to employees in field leadership roles: foremen, superintendents, division managers, area managers, and payroll administration. Messages are 1-to-1 operational notifications generated by our timecard system and sent only to an employee with an outstanding timecard action item, typically a few messages per week during pay periods. They include submission reminders, approval deadline notices, escalation alerts for unapproved timecards, anomaly-flag reports, and payroll export status updates. Participation is voluntary. Employees opt in only through the web form at https://sms.capitalexcavation.com/sms/optin.html; consent is not a condition of employment or of access to any service, and declining or replying STOP does not affect employment, timecard access, or payroll processing. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support at any time. No marketing, bulk messaging, or promotional content is sent.

How do end-users consent to receive messages?

The console rejects this field above 2048 characters. The text below is 2034. Keep any edit under the limit, and keep the single-opt-in statement, the verbatim consent-checkbox wording, the decline option, and both legal URLs.

End users are Capital Excavation employees in field leadership roles. There is exactly one method of collecting consent for this campaign: the web opt-in form at https://sms.capitalexcavation.com/sms/optin.html. No chat widget, paper form, verbal or offline process, or other page collects consent. There are no opt-in keywords; consent cannot be initiated by text message. START only resumes messages for a number that already consented on the form and then replied STOP; it never creates an enrollment. On the form the employee enters their own mobile number and role, then actively checks a single, standalone, unchecked consent checkbox reading: "I choose to receive recurring SMS timecard notifications from Capital Excavation at the mobile number provided, including submission reminders, approval notices, escalation alerts, anomaly reports, and payroll export updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance." The checkbox is not pre-checked and is not bundled with any other agreement, including the Terms, Privacy Policy, employment terms, account creation, purchases, or transactions. Beside the submit button is a visible decline option, "No thanks - skip SMS enrollment", which sends nothing. The page states that enrollment is optional, that consent is not a condition of employment, and that declining or stopping messages does not affect employment, timecard access, or payroll. Submitting opens a pre-filled email to admin@capitalexcavation.com in the employee's own mail client with their name, number, role, the consent text above, and a timestamp. The site is static and stores nothing; IT retains that email as the consent record before enrolling the number. No marketing is sent. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Enrollment Records

This site is static and stores no consent records. The opt-in form prepares an email in the employee's own mail client; consent is created when the employee sends it. Capital Excavation IT retains that email as the consent record — it carries the mobile number, the employee's name and role, the full consent language, and a timestamp — and enrolls the number only after receiving it. Retain the email with the enrollment record for the life of the enrollment and for a reasonable period afterward.

The web opt-in form is the only enrollment path for this campaign. Do not enroll a number on a verbal request, an unsolicited text, a phone number supplied without consent language, or any other channel.
